Keep getting calls from all over the country is it the same people
Caller from this number said they were carrying out warranty survey for already installed insulation. And to expect a second call with details of the surveyors. Second caller "Martin from Castle Home Solutions" said something entirely different about surveying the walls with thermal imaging cameras to look at heat loss. Rang claiming to be from BT. Stated that our internet would be disconnected for 4 days and that he needed access to our computer to "rewire" a temporary connection free of charge to bridge the gap. I m an IT consultant and so strung him along for a while to waste his time, then told him what I did for a living. He hung up. Not sure where the money angle was going to come from, but guarantee that they would have either infected my PC or tried to scam me out of money for a fake support contract.

Reschedule the delivery via: https://my-fedex-parcel-gb.com" - I have not ordered anything and the text was sent at 11pm and while I was home. I suspected a scam right away.
