Called asking if we would like to renew our phone contract, told them no thank you we won't be interested and put the phone down. They called back straight away, rudely asking how I knew we wouldn't be interested and that we had "used them for our last contract renewal", put them through to the the boss who knew nothing about them and had not dealt with them before who then put the phone down.

Called introduced himself as Maxie, he said it's about your accident. I told him I don't drive so he said'someone at your address reported it. In the background were many voices like a call centre, I said you are a scammer and he said I'm wrong and hung up.I thought someone I knew had been hurt at first.
