Report it to Ofcom. I have - and as a last resort, BBC Radio 4?s You and Yours? programme to investigate. I?d urge everyone reading this to do the same: The number belongs to a legitimate small business in Ryde, Isle of Wight. It has been hijacked by overseas scammers. The poor business owners, who s livelihood is being seriously affected, have reported to their phone company, Ofcom and Action Fraud, none of whom, as far as I know, have been able to resolve the matter.
