Called me today asked if that was me and asked if I had any incident in my vehicle. When I asked what is the point of that question- she hang up
Automated chatbot (fairly convincing and sophisticated really), telling me I was involved in a non-fault accident. I suspect if you answer "yes" to any of the questions, it might be a cost trap, so just answer nonsensically and the bot will terminate the call.
Fraud Same as others say, meter installer, saying my meter is faulty and they can get me money back, wanted photos of my bills and my current meter...probably to use the info to scam me. Avoid!

Says it is national insurance someone's fraudulently using my number was a recorded message saying to press 1 didn't go any further I hung up was saying I could be arrested but if its true they be at the door so guess its a scam number now blocked
