Richard (Asian man!)phoned at 9am saying there was a problem with our computer, I said we didn t have one and he hung up... At 6pm Austin (another Asian man!)phoned with the same reason and I repeated the same, so he told me he would ring tomorrow and I needed to buy one! Also offered to give me £500 to buy one - (no doubt needing my bank details for that!)I passed him to my husband who was passed on to a supervisor !
