Every time they call me, I answer(costing them a charge for the call) and hang up. I then phone their free phone number (so they re charged when they answer) and hang up. I repeat this 10 times on redial. I possibly cost them 50-70 pence each time. If we all did this, we might put them out of business on call charges alone!!

Supposedly linked to a company called Lowells, for debt collection. They ve been ringing me from various numbers, for the past 5 years, asking for someone I ve never heard of. I tell them this. I explain I ve had the same phone number for 20 years, and in that time, there has been no-one called Paul linked to this number. I ask them to remove my private, ex-directory, TPS-registered phone number from their records. They never do. They ring from 8am-10pm any day of the week, including once on Boxing Day.
