This is a number used by people dealing in so-called trading not recognised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). They use false advertising incl. British celebrities to steal thousands of pounds from UK citizens. They are scammers to put it mildly and not to be trusted!!!
Purporting to be from some energy initiative. Blah blah. Hung up and blocked. Scam.
This is a nuisance PPI call and they will not take no for an answer - I never had PPI but they insist on asking to send me forms to complete.

Fraud
Received a call from a chap with a very heavy foreign accent who told me he was "Andrew Ross" calling from Sky's Technical Department, when I asked him for the name of his supervisor he simply replied (slightly more shouty) that his name was Andrew Ross. I thanked him for this information but reiterated that I wanted to know the name of his supervisor to which he shouted ANDREW ROSS. Clearly Mr Ross is not Andrew Ross at all, rather a grubby little scammer attempting to hoodwink people -
