As above. Indian guy, said his engineer was working right now fixing my internet connection. I did the speed test etc. All sounded semi plausible - my connection is very slow ...

Had a call from this number a couple of time cut off when answer phone cut in no message left
now that i have seen the address and the location of the address, i believe this could be an agent for a charity that provides work for the blind. they then sell the products they make and pack via calls and delivery(very good stuff!)so i think it is legit. further i dont think they engage in cold calls only to people who have dealt with them before.
Two unsolicited calls today. I asked who was calling as she was trying to confirm my name and status. Woman said she was ringing about government energy subsidy. When I asked again what company it was she said Just Glass. I Have seen this name mentioned adversely in other reviews. Told her this and hung up.

Just had a cell phone call from another cell phone number and I cut the caller off never answered it as it came up as a unknown caller. The number 07834424520
Recorded message purporting to be from amazon telling me that my prime will be autorenewed but that I should press 1 to speak to an Amazon advisor. Probably a hoax
Call center - some chap trying to talk to me about FX (foreign exchange) - ignore.

What is the point of these calls. Silence fell and no question was asked. Sad articles in a call centre no doubt. Leave me alone.!
Received a telephone call from this number today at 14.01 asking if I was James Atkins when I said no he is the caller hung up on me before I could state any information. The gentleman who called was out of order just hanging up on me without so much as an apology or waiting until I had finished my sentence regarding the person he was looking for was no longer on this number and could he update his records accordingly as I have had this number for over five years and have no idea who he is
Claiming to be from Currys mobile phone company. As soon as I said I couldn't confirm my phone make/model, they hung up Contacted Currys who didn't really want to know so i told them they have a duty of care to inform the ICO.

SCAM HMRC scam call from Indian accent guy trying to intimidate me for not paying tax, if I close the phone I will be arrested as soon as I get out of my door ???? I said I got your geo location and you are some where in Gujrat India guy cut off phone ????
I got a robotic call from HMRC claiming that I am guilty of tax fraud. On the HMRC website, this is listed as an example scam call.
