Tom calling about loft insulation. He has previously called on another number which we have blocked so have now blocked this one. I believe this is an automated call obviously made to sound like the person is on the other end of the phone.

I live in Austria. A woman speaking accented German called me from what sounded like a very busy call center: "I am calling from the company [non comprehensible]" and then the connection broke off. It appears that they want to lure you into calling them back. Not sure what happens then...
