No idea who it was but the heavy Indian-Pakistani accent meant that I had no idea what this person was saying. Hard to believe any legitimate company hires someone who’s accent make them unintelligible. Blocked.

Recorded message saying security call from visa debit!! Obviously a scam

SCAM. The caller was a woman claiming to be based in Cape Town, South Africa. She further claimed to be from the energy company – E.ON – that supplies me with electricity. She knew or guessed my first name, and asked for confirmation of details of my name and mailing address. However, she did NOT ask for – nor did she receive – my e˗mail address, my account number, or any bank or credit card or debit card details. Furthermore, she did not ask for immediate payment. Have nothing to do with this number.

This is a local phone number to me. A recorded message,claiming to be from debit card reporting a payment of £900 was used on online shopping. This is obviously a scam, as there are no banking facilities in this area Automated call SCAM
Said they were ringing about a warranty for my washing machine, at £8.99 a month. The machine was not the make I have. They wanted account numbers. I told them it was bs and they rang off.. Be warned.
SCAM Claimed to be a local energy advisor. My mobile showed that it came from Sheffield which is nowhere near were I live. I keep being pestered by calls from a local enegy advisor on various numbers!

TAXES / HMRC SCAM - Received a call from this number. Recorded message informing me that a letter from HMRC had been returned and therefore proceedings are going to be issued against me. I was instructed to press '1' to speak to an advisor but I hung up instead and reported the call to ICO.org.uk. I am hoping that this is not somebody's private number being cloned.
Automated call -Utility Company - Unsolicited call
Missed call Have had several calls from this number but have not answered them or they have been a missed call. I suspected this was a scam because my daughter phoned the number and a message said this number cannot receive calls.

Don’t know anyone in Manchester so assume it’s a sales pitch or scam
called the number back as i didn't recognise the caller and its a company called: TOTAL TAX CLAIMS ?
Called twice, only rang till answer machine was about to start, no messages left on either occasion. Looks fishy smells fishy therefore......
