Silent call
Same as above - had a few calls missed. Took call today having been on here and knew it was a scam. Scouse girl introduced herself as from Albany Assist. Calling about my non fault incident. I just said "Yes"... She asked if I had been in such an incident in the last two years "Yes"... She then said I just need your full details to allow us to close down the file today or to take action on your behalf". I then replied Well that isnt going to happen given this is a scam is it?" I was contacted by this number yesterday, when I politely declined to answer questions, I was told, angrily, by the caller that I would now receive a lot of calls from other age...
I've had at least 3 calls today from this number
Avoid - pretend to be Orange or EE will try to sell you an upgrade as you may well at end of your contract. Company could be called Spire Outbound stay away they are not Orange!

Life Insurance company based in Manchester based on what the guy told me. Knew my full name in advance but no other details. Hard selling life insurance policy and sound very unprofessional. Can hear people shouting and laughing in the background.
