Similar to other calls I have had before. Recognised the pattern. Starts with a happy and pleasant greeting and moves to enquiring about my health and had I let her go on and on past form would have continued. I terminated the call saying that I am quite healthy and do not want their assistance and do not phone me again. Very unfair and should be stopped.
