It's scam, they are pretending they are employers from HSBC asking my grandmother to install software on her computer to they can login. Called HSBC, they will never ask to download programmes to log in.
They say they are credit fraud company.

Just been called from this number claiming to be from BT Openreach wanting my Internet details as my security had been compromised. When challenged the caller was rude and hung up on me.This website suggests the phone is based near Greater Manchester but a phone locator website suggests it is based in London. Calling the number back yielded no response.
Sales call - said they are calling from 3 mobile.

Called saying there were from PC World and wanted to know my current mobile phone. Scam call
Fraud they pretended to be from three offering a "too good to be true " deal accessed my three account and ordered an iPhone, police and three were notified

Caller disconnected when call screening requested caller Id. Scam/automated dialling/wrong number? Withheld my number and dialled back. Asked to leave a message. Who knows?
No idea who is was. Rang off as soon as I said hello.
