Foreign sounding male Called 14:27 on 05-01-2023 Claiming to have good news for me from Marks & Spencer but first wanted to confirm name, address and my age. Caller hung up when I failed to cooperate fully. Caller's presentation/delivery was similar to previously received obvious phishing calls.

They sent me a text out of the blue asking to contact them WRT to their client FedEx Europe. A ref number was given, though no reason for why I should contact them. Googling shows Controlaccount to be a debt collection company, though I have no prior business with them.
