probable scam from call centre with Indian voice; story was a "foreign hacker" event, needing intervention on my BT line security settings, but connecting from my side to something. When confronted, the caller promoted a google search for "validator", presumably leading to connection and some kind of fishing or malware episode.

Keep getting calls from this number saying our BT broadband is going off or will be out of service for 2 weeks, can't seem to find any info on the caller & BT don't seem to know about it so beware possible a scam number!!!
