My phone woke me when it made a call to this number; it was on for 54 seconds, then called the first number in my contacts list, at which point I switched it off. The phone was also trying to send gobbledygook e-mail to some of my contacts.
I think this is a call centre that works for a number of different companies for fees, the more information they can gather the more fees they take, be very careful not to give these any info at all, even picking up the phone lets them know its a live line, that's there first stage, they will know when they are blocked and will start on you with a different number, another common number they use is 01639617422 if you look at the last four digits it seems that's the ones that constantly change.-0163961 then
Claimed to be TalkTalk Refused call and checked with TalkTalk who confirmed it was not a number that they use.
