Its a scam, they act on behalf of 'PayPal' but you have to give them personal details before you speak to them. Not actually associated with PayPal. DO NOT ANSWER

SCAM A different Amazon call this time. To cancel an iPhone 7 at a cost of £300 I was instructed to press a button or speak to someone - hung up and logged the number as a rogue call!

Called by this number 04/02/2020 Caller said they were from EON about renewing electricity contract The person who called me then put me through to "A Manager" who when questioned said they were not calling from Eon. Calling the number back resulted in getting though to an audio conferencing service, so I suspect this is a scam trying to get either personal data, or switching of an electricity account on the sly.
