They Phoned me 12 noon 24/08/2013, there was no one at the other end. I can imagine that this is an automated dialer at a call centre somewhere so I just added it to my blocked caller list.

SCAM, Beware with this number 07852347126. Sound like Indian Call centre, offering money thrugh PPI. Agent will be asking your personal details like your date of birth and address, do not give any detail as they are running organised scam.
Why the hell this Legal Company based in Scotland are calling me is a mystery. They are out of luck as I never answer unknown callers.

This number is being set down here as the last three digits are 963 but the number being set down here complete is 02083046963' Number left to ring and ring. Then, dialled BT 1471. Told it was blocked by BT answering service but they required my name and telephone number. WHY???????????????? They had already rung me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM.
