Say I have a debt amount but I don’t. They have my name, email, address & phone number & I don’t know why they have my personal details & send me text messages & letters with a different persons account & address on, yet they are contacting me for another persons debt I’ve never even heard of.

Seems like Ambulance chasers. Rang me a few times claiming to be an insurance company regulatory body. They have no information but your name, doesnt seem legitimate.
