SCAM - claimed to be from BT Openreach that there have been problems on the line. Phone line was really poor quality - suspicious already. Did a speed test and then they asked me to download remote access software ( I refused ). Asked for number to call them on and they kept trying to transfer me to other people rather than provide their details. Eventually they hung up.

Claimed to be from carphone warehouse, as soon as I went to speak they hung up. A quick google shows the number is linked to an unrelated government contract which is concerning. I suspect they were phoning only to see if I would answer.
Female voice said she was from BT to discuss my internet connection. I said I didn t have BT Internet. She called me an idiot and hung up
