TV Insurance scam. Phoned last week & Indian woman (would Not describe her as a lady) Very argumentative with my wife, & insisting that we had insurance that was £10.00 per month. Wanted my wife s full name & date of birth. My wife ended up losing her temper with her & told her to f**k off (unusual for my wife, but shows how argumentative she was) They have just phoned back again, but this time just got a silence & no one would reply, when I repeated "hello" & asked who it was. Automated call from “my internet service provider” stating that illegal activity has been detected on my account and my service would be disconnected within 24-48 hours….Then gave me a load of options…press 1, press 2…etc presumably to get me to speak to someone so that they could access money in some form or other.
