"Phoned about refund and asked if I had a credit card with one of the banks (listed many), when I said no thank you and asked to be removed from the list he got very aggressive and said I would still get lots of calls and asked if I had too much money if I didn t want a refund . Very rude!!!"

my policy is:
I don t answer unavailable numbers.
I do answer withheld numbers but I hang up if its a cold canvass.
If its an out of area number I ll answer if not busy and cut off cold canvassers if I m busy I google the number later if the number shows as legit I call them back.
