  	1619790919	I have blocked this caller on my iPhone but they can stil leave a voice message which they do every time. There is a bit of background noise but sometimes they leave the line open for ages - one time it was 11 minutes! They did say hello once and then hang up. When I did speak to someone, they were very aggressive.

They left a message saying Fuck you, Heleh 3 times!!!! I m busy, I didn t ask for their interruption and then they leave this abuse. I m fuming. How do you make an official complaint?

  	1619790919	Very overbearing Asian lady rang trying to get me to agree to her sending me documents relating to PPI charges on my credit cards Asked her why with her very strong accent she was calling from Manchester and was all of her colleagues Indian as I could hear them in the background she said to check out their address on the web. I told her there were no interest charges on my accounts as they were all paid in full at the end of each month by direct debit so where was I being charged this payment she waffled

  	1619790919	They called me asking my name and confirming my address and my card details (which they already had!), saying that they have 2000 refund for me. They had my old address and my old card details, which I vaguely confirmed because they are old (so I thought it doesn t matter) and wanted to understand whether this is scam or not. I then hang up with a guy yelling something to me while I was putting the phone down. Really pushy and insistent when they noticed I started to doubt their words.

  	1619790919	Phoned to tell me that I would receive documents in the post in the next two days for my PPI claim. (Oh!) Then asked if I had taken out any credit cards or loans. I responded with "you phoned me and told me you are sending documents, so tell me which loan" to which I was thanked for wasting her time.

  	1619790919	Called saying they were sending me information about a refund I was owed (which I know I m not!). Wanted me to confirm my address (which was an old address). Before giving out new address, I questioned what they were intending to send (basically PPI). I then asked for their company name and website address which resulted in some weird blowing in the phone to fake a dodgy line! LOL. On the third time I asked for a name, company name or website address, they hung up. Then they called back, Absolute nuisance.

Only when I pressed them when he asked for my email address did he start talking about ppi. Reluctant to give any company name apart from claims department. I hung up!
