SCAM Phone call from someone claiming to work for Carphone Warehouse offering new promotion where they can undercut my current phone deal with the same minutes, texts and data. When he asked how he knew what deal I was on and did he know who he was talking to he said no. I then advised him that he was in breach of GDPR/PECR rules by making an unsolicited marketing call to a number and person that he didn't know and did not have permission to contact (I work in compliance). Had three uninvited calls from this unknown caller. I don't respond to such calls. If they are genuine they can leave me a voicemail (but they don't, of course!) and I can call back if I choose. Suspect it's a scam call so have blocked the number!

This is a devious company called Customer Calls Ltd in London. If you search for Legal and General Insurance, you will find a site high in the search results that provides a premium rate number as a contact for Legal and General. They claim the number is cheap but it is not!! My wife was charged £16 for 13 minutes plus two text messages at £3 each to provide Legal and General's contact details that are readily available on the internet for free...AVOID!!!

Scam!! I had a call from this number where an automated voice told me that there was legal action being taken against my name for fraud and that a warrant was out for my arrest. It said to press one to hear more of the details but I looked the number up first. When I rang the number back, it was an automated voicemail entirely in Spanish (the original message was in English). Looks like a massive scam to me. This one could be dangerous to vulnerable people. Beware.

Caller said anything of Solar Energy Solutions, is very difficult to understand. The issue here seems to be a call center. There are many voices in the background listening to and I ll called several times a day. Now I know that it s pointless and I ignore the number.

Persistent offender of harassment calls. Uncle Buck Finance LLC. They disguise their caller id using literally dozens of different numbers, all of which transfer to collections. It means you cannot easily use a call blocker to filter out these calls. But keep adding their numbers to your blocker, does help. When challenged to identify themselves, they state they are calling from UB. Ask for the full company name and corporation number, ICO number and FCA registration number for identification purposes.
