Said they were from the HMRC, a male voice with well spoken English accent saying a TAX FRAUD had been detected against my tax details. Also said I would be arrested shortly, at that point I hungUp laughing.... :)
Answered call - no response. Put phone down .
I suspect another eco call after been inundated with calls over the last 4 weeks all using different phone numbers and after I have asked them to remove me from any lists they hold

They said that I subscribed in a platform. When I said that I'm looking for a job they disconnect the call.

2nd call I ve had from this number. It rings once then cuts off immediately. The number is unknown to me and I m signed up to TPS so will be reporting this to them. The temptation is to call back in case it s a genuine call ...glad I checked on here first!!Thanks everyone for reporting these pests.
TAX - they won me PPI 3 years ago now getting my tax back. no win no fee so i dont care.

Harrassing calls to my teenage daughter. I'm really angry that these companies are still able to operate even with so many people reporting them.
Insurance sales people.
Illegitimate scam caller cold calling under the company name "All day loans". Asking for "insurance"on loans with crazy low APR. AVOID!

I did not enter a conversation and eventually the caller got upset that I was not engaging and told me firmly that they were going to end the call. Good result for me......
Claim to be HMRC tax evasion and fraud team. nPhone behaviour is very different from real HMRC.
