Unsolicited marketing call from a very pushy man. Operating illegally as I am in Telephone Preference Service. Said he was from Energy Care. He rang off when I asked for a number to contact Energy Care. Got this number when I dialled 1471. No answer when I called it.

rang this number believing it to be PayPal, I now know it wasn't. HE HAD HACKED INTO MY ACCOUNT GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION TO SOUND LIKE IT WAS PLAUSIBLE BUT I BECAME SUSPICIOUS WHEN ASKED FOR CARD DETAILS. DO NOT RING THIS NUMBER

I think this is a scam number aiming to talk the vulnerable (ie people with debts) into giving out their bank details. I terminated the call as soon as they mentioned debts/creditors
