Call saying Amazon were taking £79.99 from my a/c and press 1 to cancel the transaction or 2 to speak to advisor. I put phone down. I notice callers are introducing themselves with very English christian names, when clearly have Asian accents.! When challenged, they end the call.
Attempted scam involving dubious Visa payments, two detailed of £900 and £247. Press 2 to query them and the first thing they ask is for your name, in a heavy foreign accent. Just hang up.
Scam: recorded message - unauthorised transactions on your account etc. Asked if they were proud of their job - they said that britain took lots of wealth from india so it was justified.

Purporting to be from bank security alerting me to two attempts to take money from my account. Scam

Fraud They claim they're from Amazon renewals just try and get your login for your account so they can scam you.
I received a text from this number claiming to be my bank - reporting an alleged suspicious spend. Not something I recognised so responded N as advised. Nothing further from them as they were supposed to call back. Is it a hoax? Obviously not my banks contact number.
Suspicious- call based in Russia to a pensioner in UK with no family or friends there
SCAM they say I could save £1000 on my life insurance. When asked how they knew how much I paid they hung up. This company calls from different areas constantly
Fraud Claiming to be BT I hung up. Googles gives the number as a wine merchant.
Fraud claimed to be from my insurance company asking for details like NI number - what password i would like - DOB ect - scam company claiming to be accident after care
