Received a call from this number this morning(went to answer machine) claiming that our internet connection would be terminated as of today and to press 1 to connect to BT to resolve the matter. Female voice with an American accent. Subsequently received the same call from 0015022364161. This is obviously a scam but a rather unpleasant one.

British Gas calling as they said I emailed them about a house move...did not send them an email and already have Eon supplying the property which she confirmed over the phone...unsure of this is a genuine mistake or British Gas marketing??!?? Blocked caller anyway

Got a call before 8:00 this morning, caller said my computer was sending error messages to the Microsoft server. Asked him which computer and he got excited and asked me how many I had. Told him to shove off.
Don t know who they are, but call frequently in the afternoon. Timewasters, now blocked.
