when I called back they answered "What Utilities, how may I help" I hung up as I had never heard of them.

Automated voice claiming to be from HMRC, informing of a tax fraud case and legal action. Gave absolutely no evidence. HMRC don't use automated calls for this.

Hangs up when answerphone kicks in, 9-10 calls a day is in the realms of harassment (if I am out leave a message, its why I have an answerphone, if I am in and caller doesn t identify themselves then I don t answer the phone (for those with uncontrollable need to comment)).
