Sales call most likely. Obviously a call centre caller. reading from a scriopt. Told me about package put together for solar panels in my area but couldn't tell me what area I was in, just kept repeating that I should raise any issues with call back representative. I put the phone down.
They claim to be from BT. They want you to give them private information and are very aggressive!
This was a scam call falsely claims to be from Amazon
Missed call along with several similar numbers all from this location that when dialled back are disengaged. So probably spam.
silent phone call from the Muppet Factory. geolocations seems to show it is in the middle of a pedestrian walkway. most like the usual scumbag scammer trying to rip off the public. reported to Ofcom, not that they ever do anything to shut these scammers down.

when I answered the call, the caller put the phone down, when I called it back it said incorrect number please check and try again.
