This number keeps appearing on my elderly father s phone bill(he has dementia). I have no idea who it is or why he would be calling this number. If anyone can throw any light on this I would be very grateful

called me 6 times so far and hangs up
Annoying silent caller which kept our line open for around 1-2 minutes and then line went dead.
Call center said i had problem with router sending signals.when i questioned him he kept repeating what i said. Then he asked me how i paid my electricity bill. Said he was talk talk and had a right to know, so i ended call.

Asked for previous occupier, and when I said she had died he asked if I d killed her!
