This call was preceeded by a call to my 88 year old mother telling her that her landline was going to be cut off. She was worried of course, and I can t help thinking that a follow up call by EE to discuss broadband is suspiciously linked to frightening her into starting a dialogue with them.
We are constantly getting bombarded with phone calls daily. Same person keeps calling asking for Managing Director when we ve told them time and time again that we are not interested in the services.
