Positive. Used by NHS Wigan (and others) to keep in contact with patients and family.
Answered the call and they hung up after 5 seconds. Just blocked them as I have had them call multiple times

Alledgedly from Currys & 3 Network phones. Seems dodgy.
I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). When I politely declined, the caller said (as they hung up) "Fuck you, fuck you in the face". Which may well have been the only genuine thing about the call. Out of curiosity, I called the (Bristol) number back, but the person who answered said they hadn't used their phone this morning (and sounded nothing like the first caller). I live in the Netherlands. This number was suppoos to be from " Henry Cavell" but clearly it's from a fraude of catfish. Don't call this number back!
automatic call saying my visa card had been used twice for large amounts. asked to press 1 etc. no details given as to which company the card was with. hung up rather than press 1
Safe number
Phoned them back after they hanged up and me Me "What is your pleasure" Them "Huh" type sound Me "You called and we came" Me "We have such pleasures to show you" Them "F*** off" (Hangs up) Guess they dont like Hellraiser films.
Fraudulent
Said they were calling from the "advisory network" about my life insurance renewal. Spam phonecall, advised her that I would call my company directly
Person called claimed to be from Microsoft claiming that there were lots of errors appearing on my computer and to go to the Administrator Account to see messages sent.
Dodgey accent - called me and asked who this was then hung up. I called back they said “who is this why are you calling me?” I said you called me then they hung up…
01303901694 called 11Jan23 at 16:22 hrs. Seemed like a call handler, calling several numbers at the same time? Difficult to hold a sensible conversation, transpired person wanted to make a case for selling wall and roof insulation. Not needed but difficult to close a conversation with caller who isn't listening!
SCAM
Missed call I have received a missed call from that number. When I called back, some lady picked up, and after I have asked her to repeat who am I speaking with she got defensive. After she explained it's North East Lincolnshire council and I said that I don't live there, I got told off because I had no idea who do I want to speak with. I'm assuming everyone in Grimsby has that kind of attitude. Very unpleasant, reported to their local council.
SCAM It claims that payments have gone from my amazon account and need authorisation . Yes well if you have nothing in the first place you have nothing to lose . I hate scammers
