Person explaining to be from Orange EE and they offer new services relating to you number qualifying for free services. I didnt believe it was orange as i normally get a text and they wanted me to confirm my address etc ..so i said no and hung up

The person called stating hat they can reduce the electric and gas bills , despite me telling him not interested became aggressive and i just put the phone down as could not state where he was from and how he got my number from.
Said they were upgrading the fiber network for Open Reach in our area and needed to be put through to the person dealing with the telephone to avoid the lines being cut off. A direct threat. Les on lies. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS.
