Calls then puts down the phone
Missed call Left a voicemail, sounded like someone sticking the phone out of the car window, just whooshing sounds

Spam caller from fake mobile phone company
Fraud. Claimed to be from barclays
Said was from housing repair and I had reported a problem to to them. I did not.
