Claimed to be from TalkTalk IT and said they were going to cut off internet connection because they had detected fraudulent access. Wanted us to connect pc and give ip addresses and let them connect to pc. Whole nature of call was pushy and dodgy and the amount of days we d be cut off went up to 6 - feel they were trying to panick us into doing something!

Called landline today 28.06.2021 at 15:06. No message left. Internet search confirms previous comment about energy efficiency.
2nd call and no message left, as I use caller ID I don t pick up the phone unless there is a message.
Call centre - Claims to be from a 118 directory service. Asks to speak to the business owner. There is a pause after you answer before it connects so probably not actually from Aberdeen. Almost certainly a scam.
