Call was originally from witheld number. The number was given for my mother to call back when she became suspicious. They claim to be from British Gas and threatened to disconnect the gas supply immediately unless she gave her details including date of birth right away. Checked the number on the British Gas website. It is not showing as one of theirs. This is a scam / fraud to get information from you. Do not speak to them just hang up then complain to the TPS, Ofcom, and ICO.
