Nuisance call, recorded asking questions about an accident, at first it appears it is a person not a recorded message. It stops after asking question then asks another question....

SCAM sent me a link saying they are HMRC and said about a tax rebate.
they call a lot, mostly silent, but this time scottish call centre, he didn't know i could hear him talking to his colleagues, about his degrading useless job & meaning...
Ambulance chaser. Never anyone on the line and number not recognised when called back. Have blocked this number.
SCAM “Hello this is BT Internet we have been trying to get hold of you without success, we have detected some unusual activity on your account so will disconnect your phone and Internet. To speak to an advisor press 1” I pressed hang up as don’t have either service with BT nor an account with them.

Fraud - Recorded message told me i was being investigated for fraud, and if i didn't press 1 to speak to the investigating officer immediately, a warrant would be issued for my arrest
