Advises that you have been experiencing problems with your broadband service, and in order to correct the problem, you must press number 1 (one) on your phone keypad to speak to their “executive”. SCAM Presume it's a scam. Called by them several times in the last few days without anyone speaking. Today someone started to speak but hung up as soon as I started to instruct them to remove my number from their call list.

30 Oct 2021 - I just got a call saying it was royal mail with a package with unpaid for postage. I asked where it had been sent from and she couldn’t tell me when I said I’d leave it she hung up. Definite scam. Reply
