Called Saturday morning, picked up the handset and said "Hello" then after a second or so hung-up.
Said was phoning about loft insulation which was installed years ago - that it might cause condensation. When my wife passed the caller over to me the caller hung up! This could be a scam to try to access to 'survey the loft'.
Fraud. Automated Female recording about a visa txn - asking to enter a number to respond to questions. Believe it to be a scam as they did not identify me or give appropriate details about my account before they went into their 'rant'. This is not the first time they have called (2 other have been received around same time each day (9:15am to 9:30am) so some automated call scheduler is involved.

They said it was from EE and that a payment hadn't gone through which is wrong as they don't send texts via a O2 network number. Scammers, so blocked this number. Wanted to reply and give them a piece of mind but thought better of it
