Call to my landline 0914 on Tuesday 16 May 23 Caller asked for me by name and started a long spiel about British Gas Homecare Once I could get a word in I told her I was not interested This was followed up about 30 mins later by a call from 01183150367 with a recorded message asking for a feedback rating I have reported this separately

An Indian call centre with an accent so thick I could only make out a tiny fraction of what they were saying. They were very pushy to have someone come over for a free quotation (I got that much), but still no idea what for... They would not take no for an answer, so I had to resort to being rude and just hang up because "No, thank you, we're not interested" didn't hit home.
