SCAM - had a few calls from different agents and they are very rude when I requested their and the companies details to verify who they are. When questioned they get angry and they just want to verify your personal details. They say they are reviewing the PIP claim made in 2018 and that you are entitled to over £3000. They are so pushy even to the point where a gentleman said: do you want the money or not!!!!! Be careful, don't verify any personal information, SCAMMERS

This is a scam calls
SCAM. Very very noisy background. Sounded like Indian call centre with 100s of people nearby. During a pandemic!? Claimed to be BT Openreach checking service. Asked me how many lights flashing on box. I asked where lights would be. Vague response. He asked me to check back. My router doesn’t even have lights on back. Kept telling me to ‘switch off’. Switch what off!? Asked him to confirm customer name. He hung up.
