Riverside's "Tenancy Enforcement" team, calling to complain that I haven't been available to let the gas safety inspector into my flat.
As this is a 12-digit number, I don't pick up. If they really wanted to contact me they'd leave a message, which they don't.
Received voicemail saying to Call this number before things get worse problems. Immediately called back. No reply. Tried four times. No reply. Eventually was answered. Initially silence then after e a couple seconds heard what sounded like an announcement at a railway station or airport in the background then suddenly went dead. All subsequent attempts to refusal again have failed. .
