Caller knew my name and claimed to be calling from Royal Mail holding a parcel for me. I said I would collect it from my local depot and she hung up. Do not give any details to these scammers, even if they have information about you. Royal Mail will not call you asking you to pay customs charges, they will leave a red note in your letterbox.

Received a call from this number today, and also had a missed call for the last 3 days. Once connected it has a few seconds of silence, a nice clear sign its unsolicited but I thought I d wait and see who they were. Bloke on the other end told me he is from ICS and they got my number from third party who advised there is an unclaimed category C claim against my household (despite it being a call on my mobile).
