Keep calling, I have not answered after reading these comments and the number I have now blocked. Can anone do anything to stop these peeople.
Legitimate BT Text Service. Safe to listen to the call to find out who it is from or it will keep ringing. You will be told the name and number of caller. May be important eg hospital appointment or company not realising they have your landline no. More info on the BT website "About BT text".
Unsolicited call. I live in Portugal and this number won't stop calling me.
Claim to be BT. Ransomware scam - stating a required 2 week broadband disconnection, due to a router fault (makes change from PC that they usually say) allowing other people to access our network - unless certain software is installed to fix this!
Unknown number. Rang but did not leave a message.
These people are calling me twice a day, using two different numbers both with Birmingham area codes. Once I picked up, and they tried to make out I had taken out a loan back in 2012 or something. I have changed my name since then, and I have never taken out finance with the company I said they had. They are complete bull-*******s and are not to be trusted. Don t give any personal details to them.
