I received one of these calls on my answer machine and phoned them back when I had checked google out. It does sound like a genuine Nat West survey and although I do not have an account with them some of my family do. I carried on to the first question and it wanted to know how long I was queuing on my last visit to Nat West. I then hung up as I don t know the answer. I believe this is probably because either my son or daughter has visited a branch recently.

All they would say was hello in a young female voice even when I said hello back. Sounded more like a nuisance call than anything else

A guy with an Indian accent claiming to be calling from Microsystems Solutions based in London (but with a number location in Reading, England) is willing to lend you a helpful hand in removing some ‘bad files’ from your computer you downloaded. They just saw it on their system you see! #sarcasm The same system that magically contained my number. #amazing He wants to help himself to access to your system. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY INFO AND NEVER DOWNLOAD ANYTHING

Had an old address and the information that I owned the property, which I never did. I think this is a bog standard scammer but it's disgusting they can claim to be from the government!

I asked for my name to be removed from their database as I was unlisted and also on the telephone preference scheme (TPS)I was told that was irrelevant because they were acting on behalf of the Government. I insisted they stop calling me, he (Callum)laughed and said you can complain if you want and put the phone down on me.
