Asked for named person I asked who is calling and she said possibly Lauren from Breakaway holidays. I said did I ask you to call me as I am on TPS and she said goodbye I ll call you when you are in a better mood. Nice one Lauren.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Said they were the Insurance Review Team & wanted to talk to my Life Insurance, when asked who their company was wouldn't say so I hung up - felt like fraud, british accent
