I believe it is a scam. I blocked it as a nuisance call which I can only do on my landline. It kept ringing me every 15 minutes. No answer when I managed to pick up the call.
SCAM : Another SCAM ... same as for tel.no. 01505827322 on 23 Feb 13:12. Again this was a recorded message claiming that I have a charge from Amazon and an International Bank charge ... IT'S A SCAM.

cell phone offer - heavy south asian accent - unsolicited.
Claim to be Virign Media, saying there's a problem with my broadband. Hung up when i reponded 10 to number of lights on the modem. Disappointed about that, wamt to have a rant, just for fun. Bunch of muppets. Annoying, possible dangerous if you did/do a screen share (yes looking at you - windows users).
Unsolicited call. The caller claimed to be my policy advisor. I asked what company and what policy. All I got in response was "i'm your policy advisor". I hung up. 15 second call. Definite scam. Considered as a scam call. Automated message speaks of unusual activity on your Bank Account, eg a £200 purchase from Amazon not thought to be made by you and a £1,000 transaction from abroad. Hang up. Do not "press 1" or any other numbers. Ring your Bank if you feel you need to.
