This is probably a cloned number claiming to be British Gas. Almost certainly a scam. If you ring it, the menu does not give an option to speak to an advisor. Tell them in your best Anglo-Saxon to go forth and multiply. If the calls persist then call Action Fraud.

These "boiler replacement" scams are now well-established. NEVER give ANY information to an unknown caller, no matter how convincing they sound.
