this number is calling my mobile up to 4 time a day. I don t know who they are and will no answer numbers I don t know or rely unless a voice message has been left.

third time in 3 days and they actually spoke this morning - said good morning and put the phone down

Indian sounding male with very broken English. After the fourth time of asking I finally managed to decipher that he said he was calling from BT Openreach. When I said 'OK I understand now' there was a long pause as if he didn't know what to say next. I could hear someone in the background also saying 'This is BT Openreach'. When I asked him what he was calling about he just kept repeating 'This is BT Openreach'. I asked him if he had lost his script......and he rang off.
Had a caller with a heavy indian accent call asking if i had a hotpoint washing machine - a day later Applianceserve called offering what sounded like a good deal. It turns out we were still covered for 6 months through D&G so called to cancel. Then sent a letter. Then called. Called.. called and emailed. on the 30th day i got a full refund after my last email suggesting citizens advice and small claims court. Avoid.
National Insurance. Automated call claiming suspicious activity on my national insurance number, also said that if I didn’t speak to one of their advisors I would be arrested. NUMBER BLOCKED.
Plagued by so many calls from this unknown to me telephone number all calls go onto my telephone answer machine but no message is ever left
